Where do I start…? Since April 2018; Shay’s contributions have been countless, measured, and impactful. In the beginning, she was faced with a disorganized and somewhat dysfunctional organization. Through strategic planning, training/coaching, the implementation of processes, and focus on ‘over-communication’ we are now charting a course in a more deliberate direction. I cannot speak highly enough about the skillset Shay brings to the table and would be happy to work with her again if given the opportunity.
