What stood out to me about working with 19 Oaks was their ability to work with innovators and recognize the blind spots of the team's messaging. When you're too close to something, oftentimes you lose track of how to market to those that haven't lived in your world, and 19 Oaks did an excellent job of taking the time to understand the direction of the project and succinctly express this to those outside the company. Their research was top-notch, and their effort to understand the nuances of the company was a breath of fresh air.
