When we first discussed the possibility of my company retaining 19 Oaks as a contract marketing firm, Kentek was enjoying great success with an acclaimed brand name but was suffering from inconsistencies in marketing efforts, neglect of basic marketing tools, and a gap versus best practices in e-marketing programs.
