Your Director
“Leaders become great not because of their power but, because of their ability to empower others.” John Maxwell
As your company’s Chief Executive, you look to your Sales and Marketing Directors to help shape company goals and implement strategies to achieve those goals. However, what do you do when they need more guidance than you are able to provide? Who do you turn to for help?
Hi, I’m Shay Bellas, I have over 20 years’ experience working with clients all over the country developing world class marketing and sales departments. I enjoy working with CEO’s who have talented teams in place but need extra support with analysis, strategy, and/or implementation in their department and no-one else to turn to. Think of me as a mentor for your Director.
Identify
The work to be done to achieve company goals could be a single project, an implementation of new processes, building/buying of new tools or coaching.
Provide Plan for Success
I will lay out the steps to be taken, by whom (including timeline), process, and the measurement you both should be looking for.
Reporting and Follow Up
Reports or “check-ins” will be established to share successes with the CEO.
Follow-up to keep the team on track and accountable is available as appropriate or desired.
“Working with Shay and 19Oaks gave me the confidence to thrive as the Marketing Coordinator of Horch Roofing. Consultants often take a “one size fits all” approach, but not Shay. As we worked to bring our marketing channels in-house, she provided me with specific resources and advice tailored to our industry and to our company’s culture. With Shay as a mentor, our first campaign to raise money for Good Shepherd Food Bank was a success, raising over $16,200 to support Mainers in need.”
